I just broke up with my fiance, as it was an abusive relationship that I stayed in far too long. It is my desire to be returned to emotional, mental and spiritual wholeness; to the person I was before this experience. Thank you.

seek first the kingdom of God

Breaking up was the first step to healing, this is very normal as i have been there before. Make your wishes be known to God and he will restore you to the person you are before..

Take time to reconcile with God and ask for forgiveness as he says in the book of Mathew 6.33- seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Pray everyday and have faith in Him.

You have already taken the first step.

The hardest part for most of us is admitting that a relationship has crossed the borderline and is gone beyond what is acceptable or healthy. Once you've made that step you are free again to take a good look at yourself and decide what has to be changed.

It is normal that a certain feeling of being 'empty' comes about, but at least a part of that new gap in your life can and should be filled with by values that are truly reliable, that will never pose any kind of stress and which are everlasting and will give you the strength you need to face any situation with faith and a light heart.

Since I began praying the rosary on a daily basis, some things that were very difficult issues in my life simply 'got to the right place' naturally. It brings that unique feeling of motherly love.

Try it, and soon you will be ready for a new and fulfilling relationship. Talk to Our Divine Mother and she will help along this process. God bless you!
