Brothers of the Sacred Heart of Jesus - Ministry Purposes

Dear Respected Brothers/Sisters in Jesus Christ,

I am Bro. John Antony. I am a perpetually professed religious brother belonging to the Congregation of the Brothers of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, Palayam Kottai (Tamil Nadu - India).

I took up teaching ministry in the congregation and served as graduate teacher. With dedication and commitment I taught children of various age groups and finally got my retirement at the age of 58.

Now I am 68 years old and continuing to do evangelization and social service besides being designated as Asst. Secretary in the Publication Ministry of the Congregation ever since I was retired from service. My devotion to Mother Mary and the Sacred Heart of Jesus was enhanced and so my vocation was strengthened.

The Charism of our Congregation:

"GOOD NEWS TO POOR IN THE LOVE OF THE SACRED HEART."

On our congregational level we have one Friends of the Sacred Heart movement for the laities. Also we have one Marian and Sacred Heart devotional center in our motherhouse.

We have one Marian and Sacred Heart spirituality center for various sections of groups. Here we are hungery for spiritual Materials like some Religious Articles - Rosary - Religious Magazines - small Prayer books - useful youth Magazines - Holy Bible - leaflets and Statues etc.

We hope this will help us to do our apostolate wider and stronger.
