Living Christ Rosary Beads

I gave my son for his First Communion rosary beads with Christ on the cross but he was robed in his clothes. I cannot find another one like it. Does anyone know where I could find one?

Say prayer to St Anthony and blessed mother, might google search, my mother gave me set from Fatima and they were taken, I was heartbroken but felt they must have needed to pray. I hope you can find new one.
