sick grandaugther needs prayers

My 5 years old grandaugther has Sickle cell anemia, last year she had a massive stroke, to save her they have to amputed her right leg. She was only three years old when this happen, now she is in chronic transfussions every four weeks, she needs a bone narrow transplant. We need help, please pray to God to guide us to find a donor.
